Overview
The View Invoices section allows you to view all the Invoices in the system.

Main Screen Layout
The View Invoices section has only one part: the Invoice List.
1. Invoice List
The Invoice List displays all Invoices in the system matching the Status selected in the Status filter.

Invoice Information
| Invoice #: | The Invoice LookUp Code. |
| Type: | The Type of the Invoice. |
| Created Date: | The Date on which the Invoice was created. |
| Invoice Date: | The Date on which the Invoice is assigned or printed. |
| Status: | The Status of the Invoice. |
| Project LookUp Code: | The LookUp Code of the Project the Invoice is for. |
| Owner LookUp Code: | The LookUp Code of the Owner the Invoice is for. |
| Total: | The Total charge of the Invoice, after Taxes, Discounts, and Freight Charges are added. |
| Total Cost: | The Total Cost of all the Invoice Lines. |
| Total Price: | The Total Price of all the Invoice Lines. |
| Total Freight Charge: | The Total Freight Charge of all the Invoice Lines. |
| Total Tax: | The Total Tax from all the Invoice Lines. |
| Total Discount: | The Total Discount of all the Invoice Lines. |
| Currency Name: | The Currency used for the Invoice. |
| Terms: | The Terms of the Invoice. |
| Billing Rep: | The Footprint User who created the Invoice. |
| Printed: | If the Invoice was Printed, this box has a check in it. |
| Due Date: | The Date on which the Invoice Payments are Due. |
| Notes: | Any Notes in the system about the Invoice. |
By clicking the + icon to the left of the Invoice, its Invoice Lines will be displayed below it.
Invoice Line Information
| Line Number: | The Invoice Line number. |
| Billing Code: | The Billing Code by which the Line is being charged. |
| Quantity: | The amount of work done for the Invoice Line, measured in units. |
| Unit Price: | The Price per unit for the Invoice Line. |
| Unit Cost: | The Cost per unit for the Invoice Line. |
| Trade Discount: | The Discount in the chosen Currency, applied to this Invoice Line. |
| % Discount: | The Discounted Percentage, applied to this Invoice Line. |
| Freight: | Any Freight Costs for the Invoice Line. |
| Discount Amount: | The Total Discount for the Invoice Line, calculated as a percentage from the Total Price if a Percent Discount. |
| Tax Amount: | The total charges from Tax, calculated from the Line's Tax Percentage. |
| Line Price: | The total Price of this Invoice Line. |
| Line Cost: | The total Cost of this Invoice Line. |
| Line Total: | The Total of the Invoice Line, after adding all charges and Discounts. |
| Notes: | Any Notes in the system about the Invoice Line. |
Double-clicking an Invoice will open it in a new tab, displaying the same view as the Create Invoice section. Right-clicking an Invoice allows you to Cancel the Invoice, Print the Invoice or the Warehouse Receipt Invoice, Open the Invoice, or Export it to your accounting Software.
